Intuit and financial education

Building future prosperity means making real-life financial and career skill-building opportunities accessible for all students. Intuit is uniquely positioned to address and close the financial literacy gap through our products and job readiness work, which focuses on finance skills, career skills, and career education. Intuit is actively investing in economically challenged school districts around the world to help prepare students for a prosperous future through career and financial readiness programs. Powering prosperity for all is a commitment rooted in both the present and future.

Intuit’s real-world tools build skills that empower students to enter adulthood equipped with what they’ll need to manage their money and approach challenges creatively, regardless of their starting place. We’re laying the groundwork to better prepare people for the job market by integrating our programs into classrooms to help students, adult learners, and entrepreneurs develop the finance and career skills they need to succeed.

Our programs also support educators in their ongoing efforts to incorporate these critical topics into their curriculum and beyond.

Intuit for Education

As part of our commitment to job readiness, Intuit developed Intuit for Education to equip young people with life skills and financial literacy. Additionally, we are supporting educators with the necessary tools and resources to teach their students how to thrive in the job market of the future. Intuit for Education is a free financial literacy platform that aims to change the way personal finances are taught with a unique approach that helps students develop personal and entrepreneurial finance skills. This is brought to life through real-world tools, a comprehensive and flexible curriculum, and interactive and engaging activities, with the goal of helping 50 million students become financially literate by 2030.
